This policy explains how the mpark Maharat website uses cookies and similar technologies. You can change your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember your actions and preferences — such as the language you chose or the consent you gave — so you do not have to set them again on every visit.
Alongside cookies, the site may use browser local storage in a similar way. That is covered by this policy too.
2. The cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Every other category runs only after you consent.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not share data with ad networks.
3. Managing your consent
On your first visit a cookie banner appears, offering three choices:
- Accept all cookies — enables every category.
- Only necessary — keeps strictly necessary cookies and refuses functionality and analytics cookies.
- Cookie settings — turn each category on or off individually.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not restrict access to the main content. You can still browse the project information and submit a registration of interest; the site simply will not remember your language choice.
You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
4. Third-party cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google LLC through Google Analytics. We configure it with Google signals disabled and do not use the data for remarketing. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Security cookies are set by Cloudflare, Inc. as our infrastructure provider and the operator of the Turnstile verification service.
The contact page shows a map from OpenStreetMap. When you open that page your browser connects to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers to download the map imagery, and they may log your IP address as part of providing that service. We set no tracking cookies through the map, and if you would rather not make that connection you can use the links to open the location in an external map service instead.
5. Browser settings
Besides the controls on this site, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy and security”. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site, such as form submission, from working correctly.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update the table in section 2 and the revision date at the top of this page. Where a change affects the consent you gave, we will ask for it again.
